FAQ's

The route will be approximately 100km and will be emailed to you approximately 24-48 hours prior to the event day. 

There will also be ride leaders leaving with groups throughout the morning for further event support if you would like it. 

Yes - the route for both rides will be on roads so a standard road bike will be fine. 

The addresses for each venue are as follows:

Event One:

The Five Points Brewery Company & Taproom, 61 Mare St, London, E8 4RG


Event Two:

Beak Brewery, Unit 14 Cliffe Industrial Est, Lewes BN8 6JL


Parking will vary depending on locations, all venues will have bike racks available for when you're not riding. 

For both the Five Points Brewing Company and Beak Brewery events the timings will be as follows: 

8am: Registration
8:45am - 9:30am: Riders leave the brewery 
The ride will take approximately 4-5 hours.

The ride will finish back at the Brewery.

Standard ticket price includes your planned cycling route, one welcome hot drink, and of course, a complimentary beer after the ride.

No, tickets will be available until the day before each ride, or until they sell out - whichever comes first! The price for each event is £24 per person. 

Yes, all riders must be over 18 years of age, please bring photo ID if you are lucky enough to look 25 and under!

Helmet
A cycling-specific helmet is compulsory for taking part in the ride.

Riding clothes
Bring appropriate gear for the ride eg jersey/bibshorts, plus extras in case of cold or wet weather, such as arm/leg warmers and jackets etc but remember, you are responsible for transporting all of your gear yourself so only bring what you can carry.

Tyres
We recommend that all riders come suitably prepared for the terrain. We suggest you bring at least two spare inner tubes and, although there will be some technical support during the event, please bring the necessary tools needed to repair a puncture. 

Yes! Providing they are over 18 if they are planning on drinking, but kids are welcome too. 

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email and remember to check your junk folder. If you have any problems, please contact the Cyclist team who will be more than happy to assist.

No, tickets will be digital only. You will receive your tickets attached to your confirmation email. You may either print them or display on your mobile at the registration desk on the day of the event.

 Yes! Simply enter your details into the bookers section during the online booking process, you will be asked to tick a box if the ticket is a gift. If this is ticked, then we will not contact the attendee.
