The early bird discount isn't working when I add it to my basket.

The discount will be applied to your tickets once you proceed to the confirmation stage of your booking. Early bird rate is only valid until 6th September 2019. 


When will I know the planned cycle route?

The planned route, provided by Hub Velo, will be emailed to you approximately 24 hours prior to the event day, it will be approximately 100km. 


Will I be able to do the ride on a road bike?

Yes - we would recommend a 25c or 28c width tyre for the route. 

How do I get there and back?
The address of Beavertown Brewery is Beavertown Brewery Units 2, 17 and 18 Lockwood Industrial Park, Mill Mead Road, Tottenham Hale, London, N17 9QP. 

What are the timings for the event?
8am: Registration
8:45am - 9:30am: Riders leave Beavertown

The ride will take approximately 4-5 hours.

The ride will finish back at the Beavertown Brewery. 


What's included in the ticket price?

Standard ticket price includes your planned cycling route, one welcome drink from Craving Coffee, a Cyclist goody bag presented in a limited edition Beavertown & Cyclist co-branded musette and of course, a complimentary Beavertown beer after the ride. 

Gore Premium ticket price includes everything in the standard ticket plus a C5 GTX SD 1985 jacket.


When will I receive my GORE jacket?

You will receive your jacket on the morning of the event when you register. 


Is there a time limit on purchasing tickets? 

Yes, there is an early bird offer on standard tickets (£20) which is valid until 6th September 2019, after this point ticket prices will go back to their original price of £25. 

GORE Premium tickets will only be available to purchase up until on week prior to the event (Friday 27th September). 

 

Is there a minimum age?

Yes, all riders must be over 18 years of age, please bring photo ID if you are lucky enough to look 25 and under! 


What should I bring to the event?

Helmet
A cycling-specific helmet is compulsory for taking part in the ride. 

Riding clothes
Bring appropriate gear for the ride eg jersey/bibshorts, plus extras in case of cold or wet weather, such as arm/leg warmers and jackets etc but remember, you are responsible for transporting all of your gear yourself so only bring what you can carry. 

Tyres
We recommend that all riders come suitably prepared for the off-road terrain. We suggest you bring at least two spare inner tubes and the necessary tools needed to repair a puncture.


Can my family and friends meet me at Beavertown?
Yes! Providing they are over 18 if they are planning on drinking, but kids are welcome too. There are even some games on site to keep the little ones occupied. 


I haven’t received a ticket confirmation email
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email and remember to check your junk folder. If you have any problems, please contact the Cyclist team at cyclist_events@dennis.co.uk who will be more than happy to assist.


Will my ticket be posted to me?
You will receive your tickets attached to your confirmation email. You may either print them or display on your mobile at the registration desk on the day of the event. 


Can I buy the tickets as a gift without the recipient being informed? 
Yes! Simply enter your details into the bookers section during the online booking process, put the recipient's name into the ticket section and we will do the rest.
